Creamy Coconut Ice Cream

Delicious vegan and gluten free homemade vanilla ice cream

  • Ice Cream Maker


  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup to desired sweetness
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla


  • Add all ingredients in blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until completely combined.
  • Transfer blended ingredients to freezing cold ice cream maker, mix until thickened, about 20 minutes.
