Creamy Coconut Ice Cream
Delicious vegan and gluten free homemade vanilla ice cream
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup to desired sweetness
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
Add all ingredients in blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until completely combined.
Transfer blended ingredients to freezing cold ice cream maker, mix until thickened, about 20 minutes.
